Happy Paws Bakery is delighted to be able to ship orders of our wonderful Products throughout the UK mainland.
We want to provide the best delivery service, and for your goods to arrive with you as soon as possible.
We are happy to offer the following Royal Mail Service:
1st Class Delivery Service (next working days): Parcels: FREE OF CHARGE on all orders no matter how big or small!
Orders are sent out on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and need to be received before 1pm to be sent out the same day.
Delivery information
We want you to have the best experience possible from Happy Paws Bakery. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification to let you know we have received it. We will then send you another email notification to confirm that we have 'delivered' your parcel to our local post office, and your order is on its way to you.
If you can't see an email confirmation from us in your inbox, check your junk/spam as they sometimes end up there.
Payment
We are happy to receive online payments using Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard or Paypal.
Please Note
Orders are not sent out on weekends or public holidays. Any orders we receive on these days will be sent out on the first available working day as specified above.
During our busier times of the year we aim to send out orders within 2 working days of ordering.
Orders to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands may take a few days to arrive.
While every effort is made to ensure that your delivery arrives with you on time, we are unable to be held accountable for any hold-ups or delays in the Royal Mail delivery service.
Returns and Refund Policy
At Happy Paws Bakery we want to make the experience of receiving our Speciality Products to be a positive one for everyone involved.
We work very hard to make things run smoothly, but unfortunately no system is infallible and sometimes things can go wrong. If this happens, we are more than happy to work with you to try and find a solution that has a positive outcome.
With the busy lives we all have, we can all make mistakes, so it is worth double checking all of the delivery information you have included at the checkout is correct before finalising your order.
Refunds
If you receive a wrong item, or have a problem with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as you can so we can put things right for you as quickly as possible. If an item is missing from your order, again please get in touch and we can check to see if it has been sent to you separately.
We package everything we ship extremely carefully, but on very rare occasions items may get damaged in the shipping process. If this happens please send a photograph that shows a clear image of the problem, as well as the name of the item in question. Please do the same for any incorrect items sent.

We are very fair and want all of our customers to have a happy, stress free experience. We will then do our best to put things right, by either replacing the damaged or missing item free of charge, or offering a full refund.
We may ask you to send the wrong item sent, or a damaged item back to us. If this is the case, we are happy to pay shipping costs.

Please be aware…
If, after receiving your item you decide that you wish to return it for another reason other than those stated previously, we ask you state the reason for the item’s return.
We can only accept returns if your item is un-opened in its original packaging (this refers to all the baked/home bake items) and in the same condition that you received it. I’m afraid we can’t accept returns of items that have been opened, partly eaten or chewed.
Please be aware, it is your responsibility to pay for return delivery charges. Once we have had a look at your returned item, we will contact you by email and if we believe that you are eligible or a refund, we will offer you either an alternative product of the same value or reimburse you via the original method of payment (please note this does not including the cost of the return postage charges you incurred).
If you have chosen to have your parcel delivered to a Safe Place, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your parcel or items whilst at the chosen location.
We believe passionately that a dog’s diet should contain nothing but the best quality ingredients. Everything we put into a bake is the highest standard, human grade food that we tailor specifically to a dog’s specific dietary needs.
We use the best cuts of meat from other family businesses, and believe that nothing from an animal should go to waste. For that reason, we currently include tripe, kidney and liver products, and will be expanding on these products over time.
The eco-toys and chews we have recently added are all responsibly sourced, totally biodegradable, non-toxic and 100% natural.
It is the aim of Happy Paws Bakery to be able to offer eco-friendly packaging throughout all of the items we sell. While we are some way to fulfilling this aim by keep packaging to a minimum and as eco- friendly as possible. We are making every effort to achieve this in the not too distant future as the market in this area grows.
When our orders dispatched they are sent in 100% recyclable transportable packaging – absolutely no plastic. We fill with either recycled paper, or eco-friendly bubble wrap. We also use paper tape to seal packages that is plastic free.
Whilst some of our products use plastic, such as the bottles we use for Salmon Oil and Linseed Oil, they are all made of recyclable plastics that can be recycled and used many more times.
Please re-use or dispose of packaging responsibly.
